Hi everybody, and specially the gentleman tonight, the tip of the week is for you guys, how to groom your eyebrows.
If your eyebrows are a good lenght and sit neatly over each eye with a space over your nose, you have probably not paid much attention to them. However if someone has bushy eyebrows, a monobrow or has them shaved off, it will be the first thing that catches someone´s eye.
Grooming your brows will make a huge difference to your overall appearance. If you are going to give it a go at home, you will need a mirror (a magnifying one is better), small sharp scissors and a good pair of tweezers.
Most of the time it will be enough to trim a few stray hairs. Do it in the direction of the hair growth, but not too short as they will stick out.
The next step is plucking your eyebrows. The best time is after the shower, and tweeze in the direction of the hair growth and pull one hair at a time.
If you have a monobrow, to know where each brow should start: Hold an orange stick or something straight and thin vertically against the face. The stick should connect the side of the bridge of the nose, the inner corner of the eye and the starting point for the eyebrow.
My advise is, if you are not confident about doing it yourself, go to get them done professionally. If instead you accept the challenge yourself do not remove or trim too many hairs, and work the natural shape of the brows.

Hola a todos, especialmente a los chicos esta noche, nuestro consejo de la semana es para vosotros, cómo arreglaros las cejas.
Si tus cejas no son demasiado largas, si son proporcionadas y con un espacio entre ellas, probablemente ni te hayas fijado en ellas. Sin embargo, si alguien tiene las cejas demasiado pobladas, son unicejos o se las han afeitado, será la primera cosa en la que cualquiera se fijará al mirarte.
Arreglarte las cejas mejorará tu aspecto. Si vas a intentarlo en casa, necesitarás un espejo (si es de los que aumentan el tamaño mejor), tijeras bien afiladas y un buen par de pinzas.
La mayoría de las veces será suficiente cortar algunos pelitos. Hazlo en dirección al crecimiento del pelo, pero no los cortes demasiado o se te plantarán.
Para el siguiente paso has de utilizar las pinzas. Es mejor hacerlo después de la ducha, y arrancar el pelo en la dirección de su crecimiento, quitando un pelito cada vez.
Si eres unicejo, para saber dónde debería empezar tu ceja: Coge un palito de naranjo o algo recto y delgado y apóyalo verticalmente contra tu cara. El palito debería conectar el lado del puente de tu nariz, la esquina interna del ojo (el lagrimal) y el punto dónde debería empezar la ceja.
Mi consejo es que si no te acabas de atrever, más vale que vayas a un centro de estética y no arriesgues. Si por el contrario aceptas el reto no cortes o te quites con las pinzas demasiados, y hazlo siempre siguiendo la forma natural de las cejas.
