Today´s tip, even though it is for all of you girls, it will be more useful for those lucky enough to be living in a warm weather country, or those planning a holiday in the sun.
I am just back from my holiday in Spain, and I have to say that make up is so different when you are at almost 30 degrees and in the sun…I do not know if you feel the same, but it is so rare that I do not use make up or very little. However between the tan I got in the beach and the constant heat, Make up becomes less important and what I really felt like was a sun kissed look, fresh and soft. When you spend the whole day in the beach, have a shower and getting ready to go out for dinner, when your skin is still warm and a bit taut from the sun, what you do not really feel like is to apply a thick layer of foundation, that moreover would not last flawless at 30 degrees.
This look that I propose is a quick one, it can be used for both, day and night, and it is very natural with only a light application of make up.
First thing we will do is applying our usual moisturiser.
To give your skin that sheer look, you can use a tinted moisturiser or either mix your normal foundation with some of your moisturiser to make it lighter. What I did was using Face and Body Foundation from mac, this is a very light foundation that does not have coverage, but leaves your skin glowing and fresh. I did not use any concealers, but if you want to, you can use a concealer and blend it well.
These days I have been using a highlighter from Inglot called Face and body illuminator, shade 65, that is a bronze colour with some gold hightlights, very beautiful. A drop of this illuminator is enough, and I apply it on the cheek bones using a synthetic brush (or you can use a sponge also if you prefer).
I used some bronzer powder to matify (instead of the translucent powder that I usually apply). The bronzer applied on the forehead, cheeks, nose and chin apart from matifying will give us that tanned look that we love so much in summer.
I kept the blush very light too, a cream blush looks great before the bronzer. In my case I prefer the powder blush, so I applied a pink tone only on the apple of the cheeks.
Leave your eyes simple and clean, I did not define my eyebrows to keep a natural look, and only used a black pencil to define the eyes and blended it well. A good coat of mascara and gloss in your lips to finish the look.
So this simple and quick look, with my hair still wet and looking natural, ready to go out for dinner. I hope this was useful and enjoy the summer!!

El consejo de hoy, aunque es para todas, será útil especialmente para las que vivís en climas cálidos (qué suerte), o bien teneis planeadas unas vacaciones en un destino con sol y buen tiempo.
Recién llegada de mis vacaciones en España, hay que ver cómo cambia el tema del maquillaje a casi 30 grados bajo el sol…No sé si a vosotras os pasa lo mismo, pero ya es raro en mí que me maquille poco o nada, pero claro, entre el morenito cogido en la playa estos días y el calor, el maquillaje pasa un segundo plano y lo que apetece es un look fresco, luminoso, como besada por el sol, suave. Cuando tras pasar el día en la playa, sales de la ducha y te vas a arreglar para salir a cenar, pero la piel aún está caliente, un poquito tirante, por el sol, lo que menos apetece es aplicarse una base de maquillaje densa, que además, a 30 grados, poco tiempo va a durarnos impecable.
Este look que os propongo es muy rápido, tanto para el día como para lo noche, y a pesar de no salir de casa con la “cara lavada”, el efecto es super natural.
Lo primero es hidratar la piel, aplícate tu hidratante habitual. En lugar de aplicarte una base de maquillaje, puedes utilizar una hidratante con color, o bien mezclar tu base de maquillaje con tu crema hidratante para hacerla más ligera. En mi caso, estos días he utilizado la Face and Body Foundation de mac, es un maquillaje muy ligero, que cubre muy poquito, pero deja la piel luminosa y radiante. Yo prescindo de correctores para este look, pero si lo necesitas puedes aplicar tu corrector y difuminarlo muy bien.
Estos días he estado utilizando un iluminador de Inglot llamado Face and body illuminator, en el tono 65, que es un color bronce con reflejos dorados preciosos. Pues bien, una gotita de este iluminador basta, y lo aplico sobre el hueso del pómulo, utilizando una brocha sintética (o una esponjita también sirve).
Para matizar, he usado polvos bronceadores (en lugar de los polvos traslúcidos que normalmente utilizo). Los polvos bronceadores aplicados sobre frente, mejillas, nariz y barbilla, además de matizar, van a darnos ese tono bronceado que tanto nos apetece lucir en verano.
El colorete muy ligerito también, un colorete en crema antes de los polvos es una buena opción. En mi caso, yo lo prefiero en polvo, sólo un toque de color rosado en las manzanitas de las mejillas.
Los ojos super sencillos, prescindo de definir las cejas porque se trata de conseguir un look muy natural, y sólo utilizo un lápiz de ojos negro para perfilarlos, que difumino bien para darle naturalidad. Una capa de máscara de pestañas y gloss en los labios (brillo de labios) para acabar el look.
Así de rápido y sencillo, con el pelo aún mojado y este look tan natural, lista para salir. Espero que os sea útil y a disfrutar el veranito!!
