Allyson & David´s Wedding- La Boda de Allyson y David (28/01/2012)

When I knew that Allyson was getting married with David I was very happy for them. Ally was one of the first people I met when I moved to Dublin. She interviewed me for a job in her department, and I got it! That was how I met the bride.
When I met David, on a summer night out in 2009, being with Ally and some other colleagues in town, I wished that love would last forever for them. They were starting to date, and they looked so happy together!
The 28th of January 2012 was their Big Day. Allyson was getting ready at her parents, in Palmerstown. That morning was icy and very cold, but later the sun came out and it shined for most of the day.
During the make up trial, back in November, and after considering a few options, Allyson decided to bring out her lips over the eyes, as she was going to wear her glasses also in her wedding day. “I cannot see without my glasses, and also, I can´t recognise myself in pictures without them”. On the other hand, Allyson has always been very glamorous, and she loved the idea of being a bride with red lippy.
With foundation and blush from Nars and make up forever, eye shadows from mac and the palette naked from Urban Decay, quite dramatic black eyeliner from mac and chanel mascara. For the lips, a very intense red from inglot, ending the look with a gloss from make up forever.
Her 5 bridesmaids, very pretty in dark blue dresses, and who had a limousine waiting for them at the door, helped Allyson to put on her dress. Her daughter and niece looked so beautiful in white dresses. The house was cheerful all morning, full of laughs, with Allyson´s dad giving the note of humour and cooking sausages for everybody. Her mam, very discrete and extremely kind, went for a soft natural make up that combined her beige suit and fuchsia accessories.
The bride, relaxed, smiley and enjoying every minute of the day wrapped by her daughter, her parents, brothers and friends. My feeling, knowing her as I do, was that Allyson could not feel happier that day. With her hair up in a high bun, a draped dress in a light mink colour with a long tail, and her bouquet with flowers and feathers, she looked spectacular, like a princess from a fairytale.
I leave you with the pictures and from this post, again, Congratulations guys and all the happiness for you both!! Xxx

Besos
